To implement an alternative plan, we propose to go back to classroom passes. Smart pass struggles when computers are not already in use by taking extra time in class to get out your computer and make a pass. Not using Smart Pass would also save school funding because it is between 2-5 dollars per student. Lastly regular breaks using a normal pass system give students the ability to take a break for their brain and return to class ready to learn.
