We are asking you to investigate and charge Angela Lynn Morgan of All Creatures Matter Inc, a bad rescue, for animal cruelty and fraud.  Ms Morgan is telling everyone that the judge has decided to return all her severely abused animals to Angela, despite the fact they were being neglected, not being provided necessary vetting despite her taking in donations for these animals, they were emaciated, and some had even become aggressive.  We are hoping this is not the case. Ms. Morgan continued to collect donations and did not use them for their intended purpose.  She also threatened to have hunters shoot the dogs.  She is very mentally unstable and is even now continuing to threaten anyone who reported her.  One of the dogs had a huge tumor months ago when she took the dog in, yet she did not vet the dog.  These dogs were all supposed to have been rescued by her rescue months ago. She is a fraud.  She is using these dogs simply for the donations.  Ms. Morgan is broke and homeless also.  Ms Morgan is being reported to the IRS, the FBI Division of Internet Crimes, and the Indiana State Dept of Agriculture for fraud and animal cruelty.  These dogs should not be returned to an animal abuser who has been abusing them for months simply because the judge feels it’s a waste of tax payers’ money. It is not.  We as tax payers and registered voters, demand that all agencies properly investigate and charge Ms Morgan.

When these dogs were seized it was from Jeannie Renninger’s home address at 5112 E McJunkin St. Columbia City, IN 46725.  We feel that Jeannie should have reported Ms Morgan for animal cruelty as she was living in the home and was witness to this abuse; however, we understand that the prosecution might choose to use her as a witness to testify against Ms Morgan instead.  We just want to ensure that Angela Lynn Morgan is properly charged and that her dogs are not returned to her.  We feel that given the circumstances that Ms Morgan should also lose her rescue status or not be granted one (depending on where that stands right now) and that she be banned from ever owning animals again.
