A town in Italy switched to silent fireworks to reduce anxiety in animals. Countless dogs are terrified of fireworks, countless dogs run the risk of getting lost or hit by cars because of the noise of fireworks. Not only dogs but other pets and of course wildlife are terrified of fireworks. The local government of Collecchio in Italy made a law that fireworks in their town must be silent !
