We are writing because the Bruni Project is coming back before the ZBA in two weeks and we are hosting a short event tomorrow early evening at Gathr (next to Zumis) to update people in Ipswich on what is happening.

After being forced to redesign his proposal because of a new wetlands study, Mr. Bruni resubmitted the plan with more units than before on a smaller and denser footprint. The Ipswich Zoning Board will be begin a public hearing on his new plan on October 19th.

There have been a number of other developments of the past few months and we are holding the event at Gathr on Market Street this Wednesday the 11th at 7pm to encourage support of our opposition to the project.
