Tonjanique Grubbs started this petition to Iowa State House and

My name is Tonjanique Grubbs, I am now 18 years old and still wanting justice for my brother Donte Grubbs. 3 years ago my brother was charged guilty for 1st degree robbery with no solid evidence/proof that he did the allegations formed against him. The person who was in custody of the robbery was released and my brother was in custody because of a hereby say call. They did illegal actions after the jury trial was closed. In the courtroom there wasn’t any diversity at all. They took mugshots of my brother during the jury trial to put the photo next to the audio for the jury trial. The audio played a man with an accent that sounds nothing like my brother at all. The only thing they have is footage of my brother walking down the street. They also illegally sent SWAT to the mother of his child’s house. I asked that everyone who sees this to sign this. My brother is a father of 3 beautiful children, he has siblings that he adores, a grandmother and mother who do nothing but support him. I will not stop fighting until my brother gets the justice that he deserves. They have done this to thousands of black men in the United States. The systematic racism in the United States needs to stop. This algorithm and the stereotypes on black men need to be broken.  I want my brother set free at home with his children and his family.  My goal is to get 500,000 signs for Iowa House and Senate  to take legal action and set my brother free. I appreciate all the support and everyone spreading awareness. Bless you all.
