Yesterday's Iowa State Democratic Party Caucus was an international embarrassment, due to the very high number of irregularities including what appears to be voter fraud in many of the Iowa precinct caucuses, refusal by Democratic Party caucus chairs or precinct captains to recount or even correctly report caucus results, strange coin tosses where Clinton was counted as the winner in at least 6 separate caucuses where rule 28 was [improperly] invoked and used, and in which it is statistically and mathematically IMPROBABLE for Clinton to have won all 5-6+ coin tosses, resulting in Clinton making an improper early announcement to the media that she had "won" the state caucus, when in fact, many of the precincts had not been properly counted, or reported or counted at all, and the Microsoft application used by the state party to track results kept crashing and reporting incorrect data.

This is EGREGIOUS and blatant cheating, and election FRAUD.

AS A RESULT:

1. We the People DEMAND that the state Democratic Party Chairwoman, Dr. Andy McGuire, resign and step down from her position as state party leader IMMEDIATELY, and that a new interim state party chairperson be put into place until elections can be held to elect a new, COMPETENT and HONEST chairperson for the state party.
2. We the People also DEMAND that a FULL RECOUNT of the RAW VOTE, including individual vote counts (not just "fudged" delegate equivalent counts) from each precinct caucus be performed IMMEDIATELY, and that the caucus results NOT BE CERTIFIED until such a full recount of every precinct has been completed and fully analyzed by the state party, the DNC, and the mainstream media, and publicly known election data experts.
3. We the People DEMAND a full retraction of the statement that Secretary Clinton "won" the caucus, based on the above, and the fact that multiple irregularities took place, intentionally or unintentionally, and that no winner be declared until a FULL RECOUNT has been completed and CERTIFIED WITH THE DNC.
4. Once fully recounted AND CERTIFIED, we the People DEMAND that the Iowa State Democratic Party then declare the REAL winner of the caucus to the public media, and demand that the state party insist that Secretary Clinton issue a public statement that she erred in her FALSE statements that she "won" the caucus.

Failure to perform all of the above will result in aggressive, legal and other actions by us, the citizens and voters of Iowa and the United States. This CANNOT and WILL NOT be allowed to stand.

Dr. McGuire, YOU are responsible for this fiasco of a caucus, that has now received INTERNATIONAL, WORLDWIDE negative attention. You need to make an immediate public statement to the media, and take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the FAILURE of this caucus, and the irregularities which took place, and the faulty "results." STEP DOWN NOW. RESIGN. WE THE PEOPLE DEMAND IT. NOW, TODAY.
