Thank you to the Inyo County Planning Commission

Thank you to the Inyo County Planning Commission
The Issue
The Inyo County Planning Commission unanimously voted on March 4th to recommend bold new regulations which would promote small-scale solar energy production while keeping landscapes and communities intact.
We applaud the County for conducting a fully democratic and participatory environmental review process for the Renewable Energy General Plan Amendment (REGPA). Through this process, the will of the people was clear: we want small-scale solar that preserves landscapes and communities. The Planning Commission responded by listening to the people, and recommending a sensible, balanced approach to siting solar energy.
Please sign this petition to say, "Thank you!" to the Inyo County Planning Commission. We encourage the Board of Supervisors to adopt these forward-thinking recommendations. This will promote clean renewable energy which develops in harmony with our communities, landscapes, and our economy.
Thank you!
