Investors wants Alf Poor CEO of Ideanomics to Resign for causing the stock (IDEX) to drop 80% over the past 12 months!

Reasons investors want Alf to resign:

1). Dilution - Over 400 million shares have been added to IDEX stock float over the past 12 months and another 200 million shares are expected to be added when the VIA Motors merger is complete in Q1 2022!

2). False promises - MMW buses have been delayed several times from 2020 to 2021 to 2022! MEG China Contract for 100,000 buses, investors were told delivery's would begin in Q1 2021 yet no buses have been delivered!

3). Lack of communication from management and Bad Press releases - This has resulted in investors losing confidence in the company which has further fuelled the downtrend of IDEX stock. Investor relations can't even be bothered to answer investor questions. Hundreds of emails go unanswered!
