We, the undersigned, DEMAND that an official investigation be opened into the conduct of the Family Court System, nation-wide. Family court proceedings need to respect all Canadian laws especially the Constitution of Canada in order to provide an open, fair, and objective process for truth and justice to prevail. This is not happening in family court today. Parents are losing their children to wealthier and or politically connected mates who are often not as capable of caring for the children by way of unfair court proceedings. We are now hearing many public complaints about false allegations against fathers to support gender bias custody and access court decisions. And Children's Aid Society is regularly able to apprehend children from good parents with no evidence of abuse or neglect and to get the court to find for crown wardship by way of unconstitutional and grossly unfair trials. This is so outrageously wrong that it is a great travesty of justice that needs to stop immediately, We are calling on both levels of government to make the necessary changes to bring these family court matters in line with morality and the law ASAP. A full blown investigation of the Family Courts would be the first step in order.
