Police Corruption Results me Being Separated from my Children 

 

I faced nepotism and conflicts of interest in Pasco County from my ex-husband and his colleagues 

 

My ex-husband Micah Dwain Tharpe, and our children were living in Hudson Fl. My ex husband rented his employees Patrick Phillips mother house which was full of code violations. Patrick Phillips work for WPC code enforcement and my ex Micah Tharpe who is code enforcement manager was his boss. Irony isn’t it. We lived downstairs while Patrick Phillips Mother who become false witnesses during my arrest was living upstairs. When I cook I was taking kids out untill food cooked because stove didn’t have a vent and our son has asthma got bothered from smoke in the house. Our time in Pasco  County, My ex Micah Tharpe was working for WPCGC as a Code enforcement manager and was a member of the U.S. Air Force and served as reserved.

My children were ripped away from me while I was placed under false arrest by my ex-husband Micah Tharpe who works as a Code Enforcement Manager for West Pasco County Government Center, FL. With the help of Micah Tharpe’s employee and affiliation from WPGC purposely taken the kids from their mother and used his affiliation with the police department to arrest me under false pretenses. Micah Tharpe had also put himself as the beneficiary on my life insurance policy and encouraged me to commit suicide by using the kids  so that he would get my  insurance money. I was ultimately separated from my children by my ex husband, with the other employees unlawfull act in the West Pasco County Government Center 

During my unfair divorce that my ex-husband was still in the reserves for the Air Force. According to the U.S. Airforce Ethics Guidelines, each service branch has policies that require service members to support family members upon separation. Under article 92, service members will be punished for not paying for support of their spouses and families. Rule is You can not Abondened your family member. But Micah Tharpe getting all support he needs from WPGC lives mother of his kids in the street just with an ID. Takes My car, phone, transfer money to his account and in front of the WPGC deputies Micah Tharpe went through my hand bag and stolen everything in my bag, only leaving an ID card while Micah Tharpe send mother of  his kids to the jail with his deputy proud boys. BWC availabil upon request to watch most incompetent behavior from WOGC deputies. Action done willingly, intentionally because “ all for one one for all” important for Sheriff Nocco. This rule just for their friends and supporters. Micah Tharpe violated military article 92 and I wanted to talk to a military attorney and drove onto base to do so. While I was driving through base security, I was stopped, and my military ID had been taken, even though I proved it was my ID with my driver’s license and passport. Since then, I have been unable to use the resources from the military base. 

 

It should be noted that my case had been handled by those working for the West Pasco Government Center, including my ex-husband Micah Tharpe. This would pose a conflict of interest and raise questions about the competence of those working on my case. Those in the West Pasco Government Center work side by side with their friends, family, and business colleagues, which gives rise to nepotism, as in My situation. Nepotism and conflicts of interest should be taken seriously in law enforcement, especially when a mother is being kept from her children because of the actions of one person and support of people who spouse to protect public but abusses. 
Judge Compbell, Judge Westine( Sheriff Gualtiar’s wife) approved each motion he filed and my each motion filed for safety of my kids denied. They weren’t even reading or looking at the documentation, the only thing Judges need to know is that Their dear friend Who they work with during the day Micah Tharpe requested that was enough info for approval of Micah Tharpe’s documents. Each document I have shows incompetency of those Judges. 
Specially Judge Westine has special interest for her “friend” Micah Tharpe to be happy with getting his motions approved. If he is happy she is happy. Because of those two incompetent couple almost a kid died and it has been covered by deputies and Judges and Micah Tharpe. Judge Westine hiding behind her husband Sheriff Gualtiar’s political connections she decided to use those connections to protect Micah Tharpe from his crimes and Judge Westine breaking the law so many times For her “Ffriend” Micah Tharpe. 

I moved to Georgia because one of the crime partner is living in Georgia and I filed RICO CASE. When JUDGE WESTINE heard I filed a case she got upset and ordered deputies over state line to arrest me. My address and my living address was different because of my safety that’s the reason Judge Westine plan didn’t work. My attorney called to get info for Judge Westine’s reason to send deputies for my arrest but Judge Westine didn’t have any reason just because she was upset  against them all U was still standing and fighting, how dare I can do that. I spouse to be dead and my ex husband to get my life insurance money to continue his luxury life. I didn’t die, Micah Tharpe plan with my life insurance policy money didn’t go through. Micah Tharpe sold his half million Dollar home because couldn’t afford it and didn’t have time to wait for my death. 
People who helped got benefits from my kids and my pain. Micah Tharpe’s criminal girlfriend Gina Monti got hired By County administrator Dan Bailes. Micah’s employee Patrick Phillips who help Micah making his mother false withnesses and making his wife Deputy Beverly Phillips calling deputies and sending my home to arrest me get Patrick Phillips promoted to top job which is he is not even qualified. Micah Tharpe  create a new spot for Patrick Phillips and called Code enforcement manager- operations department. Now Pasco County tax payers pays for Gina Monti and Patrick Phillips over $100,000.00 salary for people not qualified for the job and can’t even do the job. 

For my kids bruises I called WPC child protection agency but instead of investigation they called my ex husband to complain me calling them about kids abuses. Child protection agency filled up falsified document. ( Jennifer Lewis finally got cought doing same thing to another kid and send to jail) when I complained about her, whole WPCGC protected her and tried to make me believe I am just making up. Then I called deputies for well check on my kids because last time I saw kids were full of bruises and last visitation even though I have Judge ordered My ex husband didn’t bring the kids to visitation then I filed police report but even thought I talked to GAL Melissa Tataglia for my complaint she stopped my visitation with my kids by knowing filing a motion on behalf of Micah Tharpe Judge will approved and JUdge Westine did approved. I filed abuse report with all photos and doctor report I received a respond from Judge writing that father just imposing discipline. 
then Judge Westine put an order for me to not call Sheriff office nor child protection agency. 
When Micah Tharpe and his girlfriend Gina Monti had real domestic violence and fighting outside of the house, neighbor called deputies for fight but when deputies showed up at the house of my ex and realizing this house is their friend Micah  Tharpe house they started to act like they came to wrong home because their BWC open they just trying to act like this is mistaken home and instead of writing a report Micah Tharpe, his girlfriend and deputies started to gossip about me. Then deputies decided to blame me for call saying that I called 911 and hang up the phone this was false call. While caller info in the record and if I called 911 and hanged up how do they know which address to go. There are more incompetency events happened but it will take hours to write. Anyone would like to see BWC, falsified reports, Judge orders, I would be happy to provide. 

My dad got cancer and wanted to see his grandchildren and talk to them through WhatsApp. I send an email to Micah Tharpe begging him to let kids talk to their grandchildren but he never responded. My dad past away without his last wish came through.

our case went to social investigation and after couple months of investigation, so many things about Micah Tharpe found by social investigator. Micah Tharpe didn’t like the idea about having a bad report about him and he complained the situation to Judge Westine. Canceled yes social investigation canceled and asked investigator to not let me read it. Then Judge Westine ordered new investigation but instead of months long investigation we saw her 2 or 3 times. I believe Micah failed again. I say “I believe” because new order came from Judge Westine for me nor my counsel to not see result and it’s need to be sealed at the court. I paid the my investigation it was result if my investigation but I have been banned to see the result because Judge Westine wanted to see Micah Tharpe happiness and she did see him happy with his happiness she become very happy while me and my kids suffered. 
this message for Sheriff Gualtiar’s Mr. Gualtiar’s before you cover your incompetent wife’s crime please check what she has been done or for who. Words are behind you now but soon if she doesn’t stopped abusing families people will came to polish your horns. 

Power is not forever sometimes it takes one signature to make you hit bottom, like your incompetent wife signature my kids and my 7 years old life is taking away. I haven’t seen my kids over three years, I do not know where they live who they live with. I do not even know if they are alive. Because they are living with my narcissistic husband. I want you guys to know Until my last breath I will fight for the Justice. Keep your wife away from kids because your wife is sick in the head. Healthy mind wouldn’t do what she has done and doing it for years not feeling any remorse for it. This is dangerous mental sickness.
