The issue

Eighteen months ago, I embarked on what seemed like an insurmountable battle against a dominant and opaque system, one that seemed immune to accountability and transparency. Time after time, my efforts to unearth the unfair practices and misrepresentations of DCJ, also known as DOC's, were met with resistance and silence. But I am not alone. Many of us have suffered under a regime that appears to operate without fear of repercussion, seemingly beyond reproach and accountability.

The Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) is trusted with tremendous power and responsibility. It plays a pivotal role in shaping lives, outcomes, and futures. However, repeated reports and personal accounts reveal a pattern of alleged corruption and systemic malpractice that cannot be ignored. These allegations, if substantiated, suggest a grave misuse of power, affecting countless individuals and families every year.

Recent studies and reports have already pointed out discrepancies and lapses within such systems, affecting transparency, fairness, and ethics. It is imperative that a full and independent investigation be launched to understand the depth and breadth of these issues. Such an investigation should aim to bring to light any misconduct and ensure the accountability of the DCJ.

We call for a systematic overhaul of how these departments operate, guided by principles of fairness, integrity, and transparency. By doing so, not only do we seek justice for those wronged, but we aim to restore trust in a system that has long been suspect in the eyes of many.

Join the call for action. Demand an independent investigation into DCJ's practices. Demand integrity. Demand transparency. Sign this petition and let us collectively put a stop to this injustice. Let us stand up against the corrupt practices that compromise the integrity of this system and ensure that those in power are held accountable.
