In light of the recent revelations regarding the Canyon Crest Academy Foundation about millions of dollars of untraceable annual expenses, excessive fees, and the failure to disclose executive salaries as required by federal law, the SDUHSD Board of Trustees should immediately open an investigation into the CCA Foundation and implement necessary reforms. Parents, donors, and students to CCA deserve to know where their money is going, clubs deserve fair policies and fees that allow them to function properly, and the school needs the Foundation to be reformed to recover its reputation.
