We, the undersigned, call on the government to investigate the business practices of the parcel delivery company, Evri (Formally known as Hermes Parcel Company). Despite being one of the largest delivery companies in the UK, Hermes has been plagued by reports of missing parcels, poor customer service, and a lack of accountability.

Customers have reported that their parcels have gone missing without explanation or compensation, and that attempts to contact Hermes for help have been met with unresponsiveness and lack of support.

We believe that this is unacceptable and that the government has a duty to protect consumers from companies that do not adhere to fair business practices. We therefore call on the government to launch an investigation into the business practices of Hermes and take appropriate action to hold them accountable for their actions.

We urge the government to take this matter seriously and to act swiftly to ensure that consumers are protected from companies that do not take their responsibilities seriously.
