We are calling on the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and relevant international and digital platforms to immediately investigate Sandra Chidinma Duru, also known as “Prof. Mgbeke”, for her continued and escalating involvement in:

 

• Blackmail and Defamation
• Cyber Harassment and Witness Intimidation
• Immigration Fraud and False Representation of Credentials

 

Sandra Duru has become notorious online for weaponizing social media to fabricate narratives, intimidate political opponents, and harass whistleblowers. Multiple individuals, including public whistleblowers like Maazi Obinna and Frances Olisa-Ogbonnaya, have publicly alleged that Ms. Duru offered bribes to manufacture defamatory accusations against Nigerian Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan. These whistleblowers have since faced threats, including intimidation and unlawful arrest, after exposing the alleged plot, reportedly orchestrated with Sandra Duru and her politically connected allies.

 

In addition to cyberstalking, slander, and orchestrated defamation campaigns, Sandra Chidinma Duru presents herself as a “Professor,” “Media Scientist,” and “Public Relations Expert” within the United States without any verifiable academic credentials. These false representations may constitute immigration fraud, misuse of academic/professional titles, and deception for personal or business gain.

 

We believe her actions may violate the following U.S. laws:

 

18 U.S. Code § 2261A – Cyberstalking

18 U.S. Code § 875 – Online Threats and Extortion

INA § 212(a)(6)(C)(i) – Fraud or Willful Misrepresentation in Immigration Applications

Platform abuse policies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), WhatsApp, YouTube, and others

 

We demand:

1. A full investigation by the FBI and DOJ into Sandra Duru’s online activities, financial connections, and digital threats.

2. A review by USCIS and ICE into her immigration history and alleged misrepresentation of academic/professional credentials

3. Accountability for harassment and intimidation of whistleblowers and political figures

4. Sanctions and permanent removal of her access to platforms used to spread harm, misinformation, and defamation

Sandra Duru’s behaviour follows a consistent, dangerous pattern:

Charm → Manipulation → Smear Campaign → False Victimhood → Legal Threats.

It’s time for U.S. and international authorities to stop this cycle.
