I am a PhD student in Sociology and also a mother who was wrongfully incarcerated for 35 days, during which time my daughter, born in the U.S. was abducted to China. This nightmare unfolded due to a conspiracy involving Arizona officers, legal practitioners, and a member of the Chinese Communist Party (the father), who jointly falsified a criminal case against me. The warrant from Arizona is dated May 3, 2023 was used to deceive FL law enforcement to enforce. Then the warrant is missing from any records. On July 3, 2023, I got arrested on the same day I filed a document with the Pima County Superior Court in AZ and served my exhusband by email. The only arrest warrant on the records, which was exposed after one-year since the criminal case, was issued on July 19, 2023, 16 days after my arrest. Arizona denied they have records of May 3 warrant. After I showed them the Florida courthouse document that Kendrick Wilson from Arizona issued a May 3 warrant. Ariozna made up a warrant with a bond of $90,000. I clearly remember a Florida judge told me on the first appearance hearing that Judge Kendrick Wilson set NO BOND. I ordered official transcripts from the Florida courthouse; it exactly said this.

My ex husband, a citizen of Mainland of China, after successfully abducting my daughter to China, got an order from China that if I do not appear before the court there, I will be found guilty of contempt of court and subject to further imprisonment. He had the knowledge, before getting the order written by him, that I applied for the victim of violent crimes visa, certified by Pennsylvania law enforcement, who classified his acts as domestic violence, stalking, and attempted kidnapping in 2022. In July of 2023, the kidnapping truly happened. 

I filed a federal case in the district of Arizona and on in the district of Florida. The District Court of Arizona said in document that they could not locate any of my criminal records in Arizona. However, in December of 2024, US Consulates in Shanghai, China notified me that my visas got revoked. I requested them to disclose who contacted them and on what ground my visas got revoked. They did not reply yet. 

I have no personal access to my daughter since July 2023. I have only video contacts with her, which often arbitraily cut by my ex husband, who sits next to my daughter when we have video contacts. I am sure my daughter has not received formal education in Hong Kong, China and needs to leave and re-enter Hong Kong given her US citizenship.

I have a JD degree from the United States but I know the system is broken. Harvard University in their research found Arizona is the most corrupt state in terms of illegal corruption among the 50 states in America. Prior research also found family courts have deteriorated as a venue of legal abuse and used against the other parent who says the truth and provides the evidence.  Criminal courts and criminal justices also are broken even though the due process of law and substantive justice have been emphasized for several decades.
