Citizens of Orlando Fl, that are obligated to use OUC as their designated electrical company. As a resident, experiencing multiple issues with the electrical company that we have no choice in using, but also monopolizes and takes complete advantage of their power. Not only do they charge you a ridiculous amount for utilizing their services, they cannot explain the reasons for  charging such outrageous prices for those services. They are also responsible for a service known as “chilled water”, when confronted or asked to be furthered explained they go around the problem and say that it has nothing to do with them. When in reality the bill is coming from them directly. This is abuse of power and this company needs to be thoroughly investigated as I see multiple people have file complaints. In this economy we must take action, I believe utilities should not be more than 10% of rent, as a result I and along with many others are paying more than one-third of their monthly rental rate in electric alone, not to mention I pay additional money in water that is added to my rent every month. If we do not seek action this Orlando run company will continue to take advantage of their power and will continue to scam other fellow neighbors of the city of Orlando. A place that was once know for its affordability and family values, has now turned into a money hungry scheme taking advantage of our hard working citizens.
