Investigate misuse of tribal funds and protect members

The Issue

I am reaching out with a heavy heart and a sense of frustration. Despite being investigated in the past, certain individuals continue to abuse tribal funds. These individuals got caught before but still retained their jobs, and the cycle of misuse persists. Those of us who live off the reservation and are part of the tribe’s community have seen no help or support.

We, the tribal members who reside outside the reservation, are often overlooked and neglected when it comes to financial assistance. While some tribal leaders and their families enjoy luxurious lifestyles with new cars, homes, and even swimming pools with built-in waves, our elders struggle daily with basic needs. It breaks our hearts to witness this disparity, knowing that funds meant for all tribal members are not being used to support our community as intended.

This petition calls for a government investigation into the misuse of tribal funds. It's crucial to hold accountable those who selfishly benefit at the expense of the community. If they are unwilling to aid us fairly, then funding should be revised or reduced until justice is served. We ask for an investigation into how funds are allocated and why they are not reaching the intended beneficiaries.

Signing this petition means supporting a tribe that takes care of every member—regardless of where they live. A tribe should stand as one united community, ensuring prosperity and care for all its members. Please help us put an end to this misuse and create a fair system where resources uplift every individual, not just a select few.

Join us in our fight to stop this injustice, demand transparency, and ensure that funding is used to truly support all the deserving tribal members. Our elders deserve dignity, and our children deserve a future.

Please sign this petition to advocate for a thorough investigation and the fair distribution of resources to every tribal member in need.
