The courier company Evri, formerly known as Hermes, has continually been at the bottom of courier company ratings. From accusations of theft, abuse towards customers and continual lies regarding delivery, this company has been at the front and centre of them all.

This company breaches trading standards, not even daily but on an hourly basis and should be investigated or ordered to stop trading. 

A quick look on their social media pages will show you exactly what kind of a company they are. 

My personal experience of this company is disappointing at its lowest form. Recently, I have had to report them to Amazon - for not delivering my items and, on both occasions I haven't gotten anwhere close to speaking to an actual person.
