Frank Ramos was the boyfriend at the time of Irina Garcia. She was gruesomely murdered after suffering 46 stabs all over her body and face. But the most that disguising part to me was she got stabbed in her private area.  Irina Garcia  was a Cuban woman that love doing nails. She lived at the time with his loving son and her newborn baby and the evil boyfriend Frank Ramos. Four days after the gruesome killing.

Mr Frank Ramos Marquez brought the  other woman from Cuba with her other 2 daughters and move in with them. After two months, he was already having a barbecue as if he was celebrating  Irina Garcia death. The new woman Marvelys that he had brought in from Cuba has been seen holding Iran Garcia baby which is really strange. A couple months past a woman named Tita Hernandez had a deeply conversation with Mr. Frank Ramos and decided to record him with his full permission and she was asking him questions at the time that he would answer with and cold blooded voice. The way she was being murdered as he was going along he was saying specific stuff like she was screaming, She was running away and he would not stop. The crazy part is he was watching, but never took the time to call 911 to help Irina Garcia.  The way he sounded, was like if he was telling a story without any emotion.

 On October 12, 2023, Irinas son called 911 or he was forced to confess that he had done the killing. On the 911 call, you could definitely hear that he was being forced to say that he was the killer. On one part of the 911 call he said that he wanted to commit suicide, but he did not follow through with it. You would think if a child is talking about committing suicide they would take him to a mental hospital but they didn’t. They then decided to take him to the interrogation room with three adults until about 2:45 in the morning. He seemed confused, and scared, but that didn’t stop the detectives from interrogating him until he was delusional and exhausted. Derek Rosa did not even know his phone number or home address or what an attorney was or what was his initials. But once again, that did not stop the detective from questioning him without having an adult present. It seems very strange and unprofessional that no one from the police department thought that it might be a great idea to do these same type of interrogation tactics on Mr. Frank Ramos.

We need Justice for Irina Garcia and Derek Rosa and we need Mr Frank Ramos and Tita Hernandez to be interagated To get to the bottom of this gruesome crime.
