Dean Kamen has entered the diabetes community through his company, Sequel Med Tech, and its automated insulin delivery system, TWIIST.

Public reporting has raised concerns about Mr. Kamen’s past associations with Jeffrey Epstein following Epstein’s 2008 conviction.

Members of the diabetes community are requesting a clear statement from Sequel Med Tech and TWIIST addressing these concerns and outlining any steps being taken to review and respond to them.
