Myself, along with numerous others, have suffered significant financial losses due to the actions of Brian Conway, the CEO of OZSC. We were led astray by false and misleading statements that resulted in thousands of dollars lost on this stock. Mr. Conway is known for pumping previous OTC empty shell companies and diluting billions of shares in order to collect money for himself. For OZSC in particular, he has posted many deceptive claims and has a history of lying about business deals and relationships that never materialized. He owns and operates a private discord server which many believe has engaged in Insider Trading. Evidence suggests that some moderators and select investors have been given knowledge of things prior to them being released via an official PR or public announcement by the CEO.

The U.S Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) states that making false or misleading statements about a company can qualify as securities fraud under certain circumstances.

We believe there is enough evidence pointing towards Mr. Conway's fraudulent activities which warrant an investigation by relevant authorities such as the SEC or FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). This petition aims to protect future investors from falling victim to similar schemes.
