The probate and family court should be a place where fairness and justice prevail. Unfortunately, for many families in Boston, MA, this hasn't been the case under the judgments of Judge Janine D. Rivers. 

Judge Rivers has been bias, and discriminatory towards me. She is hateful in her speech, unfair in her rulings and evil and in her orders.

I am a Palestinian American. I have been going to the Probate and family court house for three years and in that time I have been discriminated against for my long ethnic last name. I am accused of crimes, and found to be in contempt for things I didn’t do. The judge put orders in place that ruined my life, reputation and ability to work. Their orders caused my children to develop separation anxiety and PTSD. They refuse to view my evidence and conduct ethical, fair hearings. I am accused of lying every time I speak. I got tired of being abused and filed a lawsuit. Unfortunately the Supior Court dismissed it due to judges having immunity. I’m am trying to find ways of getting justice and will be trying to sue again. Many families have shared their horrific stories with me about their experiences at the Probate and Family courts.
