This petition is deeply personal to me and many others who have been affected by the actions of an individual named Pencilo. We believe that she has been misusing funds donated from people worldwide, intended for the spring revolution in Burma.

The funds were meant to support a cause we hold dear, but instead, they seem to have been diverted for personal use. This alleged fraud not only undermines our trust but also hampers the progress of a significant movement.

While it's challenging to ascertain the exact amount that has been misused due to lack of transparency, anecdotal evidence suggests it could be substantial. Given this situation, we are calling on relevant authorities in California and beyond to investigate these allegations thoroughly.

Pencilo (born Eaint Poe Ou), a former lobbyist (opportunist) of National League of Democracy Party and genocide cheerleader against Rohingya people, is currently residing in USA under political refugee status. She projects herself as anti-regime activist. However, she was just seeking opportunity to become an American citizen. The people of Myanmar wants her back in the country since justice has not been served for her use of social media influence to cheer genocide against Rohingya people and her future racism-related behaviors might effect the opinion American people have towards Burmese.
