Why we created this cause?

Invertebrates are commonly overlooked. They are sometimes beautiful and also can become part of a family just as much as a reptile can.

Reptiles were also a species of animal that was ignored but now are protected just as much as a dog and cat can.

Why should an invert be any different? When an animal is kept as a pet it should be protected just like any other pet. 

We feel it is due to a lack of understanding, myths, looks and hate for the Invertebrates that has stopped them from being included.

Would you like to see a change to the law that sees Invertebrates like these included in being protected?

• Spiders
• Scorpions 
• Millipedes 
• Centipedes 
• Praying mantis
• Beetles

Even a fish is protected nowadays so help to get these fellas added to the list.

If we don't we might end up with no species like these. Some help towards anti-venom and some help with the advances of medications and more. If you feel they deserve more respect please sign our petition.

Not just that we believe any animal that is part of the pet industry should be protected just as much as a cat, dog, fish or reptile.
