As a proud Pakistani sales woman in our inclusive work community, I have been observing the Saturday lunch menu for quite some time. I appreciate the diversity on display with Spanish food every Saturday. However, I believe it's time to spice up our taste buds with a little bit of my own heritage - Pakistani cuisine.

By diversifying the weekly menus, we'll not only explore various culinary traditions but also help me (and kind of Haresh too) feel represented and valued.

Pakistani food is vibrant and flavorful, comprising a colorful blend of eastern spices. Its delightful taste is relished around the world.

Adding Pakistani food to our Saturday lunch menu will increase our food diversity and act as a small step toward celebrating lesser-represented cultures. After all, a society flourishes best when all its members are recognized and respected.
