we should reintroduce mandatory licensing for dogs instead of Banning breeds and breed types. It’s wrong and its unjust the owners should be held accountable. We never take a knife to court when there’s a stabbing we take the handler to court when a stabbing occurs as we should we should introduce mandatory compulsory public liability insurance and the license as well as implement maybe a few other rules micro chipping its time for owner accountability. it’s unfair for the dogs there are thousands and thousands of friendly dogs out there and now they’re being ostracised because of the size It’s unfair. There’s dogs out there are 2 and 3 times bigger than the excel bull or a pitbull. what’s gonna happen when you mix them banning breeds and pack types doesn’t work
