**** HEBREW FOLLOWS THE ENGLISH ****

Hey guys. 

Just to get some numbers behind our complaints. The issue at hand is the fact, that international students, even though they have their own apartments in TLV, are forced to quarantine in Einstein dorms for 14 days in a shared(!) apartment for the cost of $500. 

Not only does it seem unfair since Israeli students can quarantine at home, it also increases the chances of being exposed to the virus compared to a quarantine at home and the price of $500 is suspiciously high. 

With the winter holidays approaching and the increasing duration of this pandemic this becomes an imminent issue for a lot of international students at TAU who can not afford to fly home because of the price of the mandatory quarantine and/or fear of infection in an apartment shared with a stranger. 

So, please help us by signing this petition and spread the word so that we can put some pressure on the people in charge to change this unjust policy!

הבעיה אותה אנו מציגים כאן, היא שתלמידים בינלאומיים באוניברסיטת תל אביב, גם אלו שיש להם דירות משלהם בעיר, מחויבים עם כניסתם לארץ להיכנס לבידוד של 14 יום במעונות איינשטיין, בדירה משותפת(!) ובעלות של 500$ עבור תקופת הבידוד.
לא רק שזה נראה בלי הוגן, כיוון שתלמידים ישראלים יכולים להעביר את הבידוד בביתם, אלא שהסיכוי להיחשף כך לנגיף גדול בהרבה מאשר אם הבידוד יתבצע מהבית, מה גם שהסכום של 500$ גבוה באופן לא ברור.
עם חגי החורף בפתח, התארכותה של המגיפה יוצרת בעיה אמיתית עבור תלמידים בינלאומיים רבים באוניברסיטת תל אביב, שאינם יכולים להרשות לעצמם לטוס הביתה, בשל עלות הבידוד הגבוהה וכן החשש להידבק במהלך שהות בבידוד בדירה משותפת עם אדם זר.
