The definition of sport is: an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment. I believe that air hockey fulfils these requirements. I believe that air hockey should be confirmed Olympic sport. Air hockey requires lots of concentration and practice, just like table tennis. Air hockey is a widely loved game, requires strategy and can become extremely competitive. Some skills air hockey players require are: dexterity, agility, hand-eye coordination and reaction time. Air hockey also requires stamina, focus and physical exertion when played properly. Because of these reasons I believe that Air hockey should be a confirmed Olympic sport.
