The Issue
Paul Kagame is supporting criminals in the East of Democratic Republic of the Congo. For many years, Paul Kagame, the current Rwandan President has not ceased to support rebels who destabilize the East of the DRC and he does easily under the eyes of the international community without any consequence because he is protected by United States of America authorities for their own interests, especially of the natural resources of the DRC. We talked since years the wars and conflict mines and mining blood and western countries are accused to be involved in these conflicts. Recently, the president Barack Obama sought immunity to his friend Kagame for not be prosecuted by United States Court for its war crimes and especially the shooting down of the aircraft of former Rwandan and Burundian president Juvénal Habyarimana and Cyprien Ntaryamira. It is a pity that a democratic president elected democratically seeks immunity for a criminal dictator president elected in dictatorship.
Today, we talk about support for the M23 mutiny elders of the CNDP's Laurent Nkunda protected now by Kagame and the administration of the rebellion is provided currently by Bosco Ntaganda alias Terminator sought by ICC for war crimes, crimes against humanity, recruitment of children in its army, the rape of girls and women in the East of DRC etc.
If the Hague International Criminal Court arrested Charles Taylor, the former president of Liberia for its role in supporting the rebels of LUF who have committed war crimes and crimes against humanity in Sierra Leone, why the same Court lack to arrest General Paul Kagame president of Rwanda who gives support to the rebels of M 23, the former CNDP, accused of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. We are wondering why a similar story copy - paste should not be punished in the same way.
We call on the ICC to urge an arrest warrant for Paul Kagame, the leader of the Orchestra of all these crimes committed under the eyes of the international community.
