Residents of the Interlake Eastern Health Region are concerned about the lack of health care services for our children and youth.

Currently, no pediatrician is accessible in the region. Families are constrained by having to travel to Winnipeg, where pediatric clinics are all too often at capacity.

With increasing awareness about developmental health and mental well being, young families are looking for specialized practitioners to help them grow and prosper in the community.
