Loyola Plans Consolidated Incorporated has not been very honest to their plan holders specially those whose plans has already matured.

They keep on saying that they will release our check soon. But months passed and we got nothing at all!

Many of the plan holders are from their Educational Plan. This means that people are going to use the check to pay for their children's education! But how can they do that when Loyola doesn't release their checks or release it very delayed, from 6 months to 1 year later!

There has been many complains against Loyola Plan Consolidated Inc. over the past years. If you check their facebook page a lot of complains comes from matured plan holders: Loyola Plans' Facebook Page.

To add to the problem. Their Davao City office has recently closed last month without any advance notice from their office at all! They are certainly hiding from their plan holders!

The Insurance Commission Republic of the Philippines should investigate Loyola Plans Consolidated Inc. in their capacity to pay plan holders. They should also instruct Loyola Plans to pay plan holders of all their pending checks and future financial responsibilities through post dated checks.
