We worked hard as migrant workers, teachers, government employees, regular workers, tricycle drivers and even household helpers to afford an insurance package for us and our families, for our future. We relied on this company, we entrusted our hard-earned money that ended up in this way. Now we need to struggle to get our much-needed money back, especially in this very trying times of economic crisis.

We expect to have a dialogue with Insurance Commissioner Atty. Dennis Funa or with Atty. John Apatan, the Manager for IC’s Conservatorship, Receivership and Liquidation Division to seek the officials’ intervention and expedite the process of payment.

We have submitted the position paper and waited for several hours to have a dialogue with Insurance Commission officials but no avail.
