It’s really annoying when you can’t make or receive phone calls, send or receive messages, check your emails just because there’s a network problem affecting not one but two estates. Problem with Safaricom is they keep lying that a Network booster is under construction which isn’t the case. Work is in jeopardy.. literally everything is as you can’t even receive or make an emergency call or any call/messages for that matter. This petition is REQUEST Safaricom to honour its customers as it doesn’t make sense how we’re customers that never get to use our phones. We only do when we find ‘I tried calling you’ message alert and it’s so expensive to keep calling back and at the time, you still won’t be able to make the calls. Three Network boosters, one in Sossian, two in Nasra as Nasra is bigger in size. That will help sort out the issues.
