Around midnight of November 22, 2022, a 16-year-old boy was hit and killed at the intersection of Gauthier and Highway 397. One of the two vehicles involved in the incident did not see the stop sign, and therefore did not stop, causing a fatal collision. This is not the first time this has happened, and certainly not the last. Help save lives and get Justice for Philip Connor by ensuring that no more unnecessary deaths happen due to the city’s lack of safety measures.
