In recent months, students in the La Serna High School robotics program have been working tirelessly on their projects. As both a current student, passionate member of this program, and Snacko, I've seen firsthand how dedicated we all are, spending hours after school to bring our ideas to life through robotics. However, one thing that we feel would truly enhance our experience is the availability of a convenient cooking solution right in our classroom: an airfryer.

Having an airfryer would not just be a modern convenience, it would significantly improve our productivity and well-being. On long days of building and programming, the ability to quickly prepare meals or snacks would help us stay focused and energized. Not only does an airfryer use less electricity than traditional cooking methods—a consideration for environmentally conscious students—but it also aligns with school safety policies because it doesn’t involve open flames or hot surfaces like a stovetop does.

The robotics team at La Serna is more than just a class; it’s a community where everyone supports each other's learning and personal growth. An airfryer would not just be a tool for individual use, but a communal resource for students, helping us to collaborate over shared meals and strengthen our bonds during our collective journey.

In light of these reasons, we urge the administration of La Serna High School to consider allowing us to have an airfryer in our robotics classroom.
