As parents and caregivers of children attending Ridgecrest Elementary School in Phenix City, AL, we understand firsthand the dangers and inconveniences posed by the lack of a traffic light at the intersection on 431 where Family Dollar and Childcare Network are located. Our children's safety is our utmost priority, yet every day we face hazardous conditions when buses or other vehicles attempt to cross this busy road.
