I've personally encountered near-misses at the intersection of Summit Drive and Highway 78 in the Escondido/unincorporated San Diego areas. Vehicles often drive fast through this area, and the blinding sun glare greatly reduces visibility, making it extremely difficult to navigate the intersection safely.
