The proposed location for this digital billboard is Highway 104 at Exit 15. This site is a key entry and exit point in Truro and experiences a high volume of daily traffic. By capturing the attention of thousands of commuters, a digital billboard can disseminate timely information about missing persons, effectively turning every driver and passenger into a potential helper in the search efforts.
