An Instagram account had recently gained a sort of negative publicly; he had been posting videos of dogs being abused on his account: after deleting the videos he claims he was trying to spread awareness about this issue; whether this is true of not, i'd still like to continue in raising awareness, to stop animal abuse and save its victims, while also asking why Instagram had not come forth sooner to shut down the account for breaking their terms of use (Whether or not it was him doing it).
