Hello, my name is Navjot Kaur. I am starting this petition due to many reasons. Personally, I am hurt by a few statements that Ms. Ranaut has posted on her Twitter account.

• She called farmers terrorists who raised their voice for their land and their rights. 
• Ms. Ranaut has made a statement about an elder woman, that you can pay them 100 Rs/ and they will come anywhere for protest. 
• She called us(farmers) uneducated.
• Most of her tweets on Twitter account are picturing Farmers as Terrorists. 
• In her tweets, she primarily focuses on Hinduism, which we respect. But her tweets clearly identify her intentions about changing India to Hindu Country.  

Any person can have political opinions or views but Ms. Ranaut has been constantly hurting the sentiments of farmers and trying to mislead the youth. She does not deserve a platform as a celebrity to express her views as she constantly hurt the emotions of others whether it is the Shaheen Bagh case, Sushant Singh Rajput Case, or Farmer’s Protest. 

As citizens of India, Sikhs deserve respect. This campaign is to simply fight for our dignity and respect. We are the audience who supported her movies. Millions of people (farmers) from Punjab and Haryana have supported her movies and respected her as an individual. By removing her accounts from Social Media:

• She will not abuse the social media platform. 
• We will feel honored. 
• It will set up an example that celebrities who use their position and power will not be treated differently.
