Instagram: Go back to squares!!!!

Instagram: Go back to squares!!!!
The Issue
This petition finds its origin in collective angst. As an Instagram user and a passionate member of its global community, I have been deeply affected by the recent, unsolicited update to the platform's grid layout. The new rectangular grids have not only disrupted the aesthetics of our galleries but also hampered the cohesive storytelling that Instagram was renowned for. Many photographers, businesses artists and other creators spent YEARS making their photos fit the 1:1 ratio, and now it is ruined. It is ugly and everyone was perfectly happy with squares.
The consensus is clear and unequivocal: nobody asked for this, nobody wanted this, and Instagram needs to STOP making updates that nobody wants. Not a single user has praised this update. Instead, it's been met with widespread disapproval. Literally EVERYONE hates it. Honestly, zero people like this new update. Who came up with this idea? Someone needs to be fired.
Sign and share this petition to go #backtosquares , because Instagram.... you keep messing up. Do something right for your platform, before everyone leaves it for good. Users worldwide find the square grid simple, elegant, and visually appealing.
At a time when 1 billion people use Instagram every month, this clamour for the return to the original grid system is asserting the power and voice of the user community, hoping Instagram listens and acts on it. The arbitrary move towards rectangular grids has significantly affected user-experience and reduced the visual appeal of galleries. This is more than just a personal plea, but a strong demand from a global community wanting our beloved platform to revert to its iconic 1:1 square grid system.
We implore Instagram to listen to its users, understand our frustration, and roll back the grid layout to our much-loved 1:1 squares. Please sign this petition if you stand with us in our quest to bring back user-choice and aesthetic appeal to Instagram.
