TRIGGER WARNING: Last year a girl from my home state was brutally murdered. She was 17 year old Bianca Devins. Biancas life was taken away by 21 year old Brandon Andrew Clark. Bianca and Brandon went to a concert on the ride home an argument transpired. No one knows for sure what happened or why it started but it is said to have started due to Bianca kissing another boy at the concert. Keep in mind they were not together during this time. Brandon attacked Bianca and proceeded to slice her throat almost decapitating her. He later tried to take his own life but not before posting pictures of Bianca’s slashed and lifeless body. I am starting this petition in hopes to get Biancas Instagram comments disabled. l am doing this due to the hateful, negative  and mocking comments that are constantly being posted on Bianca Devins’ Instagram account (@escty) even over a year after her passing. I am asking for your help in making this happen. It doesn’t take much to sign and help raise awareness so we may help this beautiful soul rest in the peace she deserves.
