I just don’t understand is the massive lack of help and support from multi billionaire social media companies such as Instagram and Facebook.

The minute we start talking about “things we’re not meant to” it gets flagged! But the minute anything like racism, trolling and account hacking happens, it’s literally like aliens run social media!

Ive had my account hacked recently and the lack of support or finding any help or information is just non existent! Imagine I’ve had to find a link to fill out the form to contact someone THROUGH THE INTERNET and not the help centre on the instagram page!

Please make it make sense! 

Create teams to deal with these problems, a live chat team that we can come to directly straight away, they can even work from home! OR create more information and better ways on how to deal with things such as hackers and getting our accounts back!

We need more support, more information on how to fix these problems quicker

BECAUSE THIS CAN’T KEEP HAPPENING!!
There are people running small businesses or making a change to the world trying to build a platform and hackers need to be stopped, along with racism and trolling ! 

There needs to be more support! 

Because the lack of support is clearly highlighted too many times after researching on the internet!
