DMs can be chaotic, especially if you run a big account. Adding a “group chats” folder in Instagram DMs would be very useful because it would help sort messages and keep them organized. If Instagram made a separate “group chats” folder, group messages would be much less likely to get lost in the stream of other DMs. With a separate “group chats” folder, all of your group chats would be grouped together in an easily accessible way.
