I am a student from San Ildefonso, Bulacan, Philippines. Like many of you, I have faced numerous challenges during my educational journey. Stress, anxiety and sometimes depression due to academic pressures are common experiences that we share. However, through these trials and tribulations, I have learned the importance of perseverance and the pursuit of dreams.

Education is not just about acquiring knowledge; it's about building character and resilience. It's about learning how to navigate life's ups and downs while keeping our eyes on our goals. Despite the difficulties we face as students in San Ildefonso - or perhaps because of them - we must continue dreaming and pursuing our careers.

According to a 2018 study by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), approximately 9% of Filipino youth aged 6-24 years old are out-of-school children and youth (OSCY). This statistic is not just a number; it represents thousands of dreams deferred or abandoned due to various circumstances.
