This petition is for unfair treatment of Nebraska Department of Corrections inmates and the violation of rules, regulations and policies of government officials using personal vendettas against inmates because they have the power to and also not providing the proper hygiene accessories that is mandated by state law and withholding cleaning laundry and other items for inmates within the state of Nebraska.

They refuse inmate’s hygiene products for months and threatening the livelihood of CO that wants to do right by the inmates. Threatening to fire them for providing inmates with the mandated hygiene kit required by the state. Letting inmates get away with abusing other inmates and CO turning a blind eye to the abuse that’s going on between inmates and inmates and also the CO and inmates other staff abusing inmates because they have the power and or authority to do so

Inmates which are human beings are at risk of not maintaining proper hygiene or being able to enter back into society with a clear conscience that they have paid their debt to society due to the fact that power heads are withholding their work release freedom and also forgerying higher authority signatures to keep inmates down at the bottom instead of prospering while inside to be a better person on the outside once back into society.

If you care about human rights and the well being of others no matter incarcerated or not then now is the time to sign this petition and take a stand against unfair treatment. No laws should be violated because of the power official have or had.
