Request for Special Members Meeting of the GlenMary Homeowners Association

Topic to Discuss: The Request for HOA to Purchase Golf Property, to include HOA offer price, dues to be charged to HOA MEMBERS, Assessments required and Timing of official offer.

Formal Request for a Special Members Meeting to include All HOA Members and Chris Thieneman along with HOA Board Members, to be held no sooner than July 19th 2021 and no later than August 6th 2021

B.           Special Members Meetings

Special members meetings may be called by the President, a majority of the Board of Directors, or by a petition signed by a majority of the Lot owners delivered to the Secretary. The Secretary will determine the time and the location of the special meeting in Jefferson County, Kentucky. The business conducted at a special meeting shall be limited to that stated in the notice of the meeting.
