We are the backers of the Indiegogo campaign by The Vibes Lab for Nuflo Soundproof ANC wireless earbuds.

Now delayed by 5 months, currently, some of the unfulfilled backers have done some digging and found identical products on Alibaba

and suspect that The Vibes Lab merely acted as a shell for reselling an existing product, while purporting to be a crowd-funded development by The Vibes Lab.

The Vibes Lab has said they have outsourced all logistics to a 3rd party which gives them the excuse to not communicate any details on how many orders have been fulfilled nor any indication of when any given backer's order might be fulfilled.  The lack of product delivery to the backers is hugely disappointing and infuriating, it is a risk one takes as a backer, and might eventually lead to a legal case against The Vibes Labs.

However, and in the interim, we the backers, are utterly shocked by Indiegogo's apathy in all of this and the fact that the Nuflo Soundproof ANC wireless campaign page remains visible, indeed a link to the project is still on the landing page of Indiegogo.

We, the undersigned, therefore request Indiegogo:

1) investigate the situation from their side, to establish whether or not this campaign is legitimate or is likely to be an attempt to defraud or deceive backers of what was purported to be a product development.

2) block any further contributions to any campaign by The Vibes Lab

3) remove the campaign from their home page.

Indiegogo has disappointed many Indiegogo users who have lost trust in their operation.  We hope they cease the banal platitudes and take action instead.
