Donald "Shorty" Shea was an out-of-work stuntman residing at Spahn's Movie Ranch located at 23000 Santa Susan Pass Road in Chatsworth, California.

Around August 26, 1969, he was corralled into a vehicle containing Charles "Tex" Watson, Bruce Davis, Steve "Clem" Grogan, William Rex Cole, and Charles Manson. He was never seen alive after that.

Grogan, Davis, and Manson were all convicted for the murder of Shea, but Watson has never been brought to justice.

Shea's body was recovered in 1977.

In Grogan's 1978 parole hearing, he identified Watson as the man who gave the orders for him to hit Shea in the head with a pipe wrench. Grogan went on to say Watson pulled Shea out of the car and began to stab him and dragged him down an embankment.

In Davis' 1994 parole hearing, he gave a similar story, identifying Watson as the man who stabbed Shea and dragged him down an embankment. 

Charles "Tex" Watson has never been charged with the murder of Shea. Please indict him for this murder before key witnesses (Grogan, Davis, Manson, Windy Bucklee, Larry Bailey) pass away as they are getting old.
