Permanent Central Standard Time for all of Indiana

Permanent Central Standard Time for all of Indiana
The Issue
The problem we are facing today is most of Indiana is observing the wrong time-zone and the people affected by it are 16-18 year old drivers, pedestrians, school children, teachers, working people, doctors, nurses, etc.
All of Indiana is supposed to observe Central Time, not eastern because Indiana lays naturally within the borders of the Central Time zone. Indiana is about 86 degrees west and the central meridian of the central time zone is 90 degrees west, while eastern's is 75 degrees west. Indiana is not within the borders of the eastern time zone
The side effects are, dark mornings in winter, bright evenings in summer, car accidents, and sleep deprivation.
Dark mornings make it dangerous for drivers, school children, and pedestrians because there is hardly any light in the morning making it harder for people to see in night darkness increasing a number of car accidents, injured pedestrians, children especially in winter waiting for the school bus at the bus stops.
How this affects me is that when I wake up early in night dark, I tend to feel groggy and not want to wake up because there is no sunshine and I have less vitality in the afternoon and not wanting to do anything.
Bright evenings are also an issue because people tend to stay out late and early risers go to bed in bright sunshine making it much harder to fall asleep causing an inconsistency in circadian rhythms
Daylight saving makes matters worse because when we lose an hour, heart attacks spike, strokes go up, car accidents increase, and sleep deprivation increases.
Most of Indiana during Daylight Saving observes Atlantic Time (-4 GMT) and 12 of the 92 counties observe (-5 GMT). In winter, 12 of 92 counties (-6 GMT) and most of Indiana (-5 GMT). Why not all of Indiana observe (-6 GMT) year-round for proper biological clocks?
If DST was year round, most of Indiana would have first sunrise at 9 am, while the northwestern and southwestern counties, 8 am. All of Indiana should have first sunrise at around 7 am
Yes, it means having sunsets very early. Unfortunately, that is how winter naturally is and there isn't anything a person can do to change the duration of sunlight in a given day, the duration of sunlight changes through out the year.
What we need to do is contact our state legislatures that represent us, representative and senator, about putting all of Indiana in Central Standard Time Year round no daylight saving. We must stop believing the lies that our government puts out favoring special interests and lobbyists, starting knowing the truth on what's really happening in Indiana! This is not all going to happen over night. Through Persistence, Perseverance, and Patients, this change will happen!
